Steez (Steez83), or rather Piotr Szulc, is one of the most busy figures in the Polish music industry - a music producer, DJ, stage creator, publisher, event producer and a visionary of new forms of the music business. He started out with DJing and a fascination with turntablism in the 2000s.
Artistically, Steez represents half of the rap duo PRO8L3M, which as a phenomenon of the Polish scene has been setting new paths for the development of creation and narration in music and attracting thousands of audiences to concerts. As a music producer, he has many successes, including several platinum and gold certified records, Fryderyk - the ZPAV award of the Polish Phonographic Academy and the European Border Breakers Award, a distinction from the European Union. As an executive producer, he contributed to the creation of some of the biggest phenomena of the scene in recent years, such as the album "SOMA 0.5 mg" or Projekt Tymczasem.
Many years of experience in the promotion, booking and management activities as well as hundreds of organized concerts, events and festivals resulted in the establishment by Steez the Revolume agency in 2012, which is responsible for the implementation of the largest concert tours and musical events of key urban music artists in Poland. At the same time, he is a co-founder of the OUTRAGE agency, which operates on the border of the artistic and commercial industries, integrating music, entertainment, culture, its creators and promoters with the world of brands and advertising. Publishing activities are carried out as part of the 2020 collective.
In DJ sets, Steez travels through modern club sounds, referring to his rap roots and interests in electronic music. He also runs his own program "Audiencja" in newonce.radio, in which he shares his most interesting musical inspirations with listeners. He divides his artistic and private life between Warsaw and Los Angeles. In December 2020 the artist's first official beat-tape was released, simply entitled "The Lost Tapes 001".
